just a little about us
Dave-A-Palooza is a family friendly event that started in 2019 with about 125 in attendance. Each year since, the event has organically increased in size, attendance and budget. 2022 is the first year we asked our community for help in contributing to the growth and expansion of Dave-A-Palooza. Dave’s Farm is a 20-acre farm just outside the city limits of the small town of Wartrace, TN. Wartrace is a small town with a big heart, the type of place where neighbors know your name and make you feel like you stepped back in time.

Our goal is not only to have all of our family and friends and their friends attend Dave-A-Palooza but to invite guests from all over to experience our community and get to know us, the locals, the businesses, and the arts that make it great.
​
In 2022 well over 1000 are expected in attendance. Our focus is on acoustic roots music and a relaxed listening environment with camping and bonfires on the outskirts of the stage; still well within listening range. As you draw closer to the front porch aesthetic of the stage, limited relaxed seating on outdoor furniture and living room furniture will be available that you can unwind on as if you were in your own home.

There will be plenty of food and drink vendors as well as plenty of local artists, local merchandise and event merchandise.
​
As years pass, our goal is, with the help of local sponsors, to keep Dave-A-Palooza free to all attending, including free camping. We hope to see you all there!

Leslie is a vocal genius; her voice is the voice you hear on our video on the home page. She is an amazing singer and has taught for Belmont University, American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and New World School of the Arts, as well as many others! She teaches in Nashville, TN now as owner of SingingisHealing.com
