Booth Space Available: 12x12 @ $50
Expected Crowd Size: 1200-1500

Americana/Folk/Country Music Festival
Friday:
Set up: 4:00-5:00
Sales: 5:00-8:00pm (or whenever you want)
Music: 6:00-Midnight and later
Saturday:
Set up: 9:00-10:00
Sales: 10:00am-8:00pm (or whenever you want)
Music: 3:00-Midnight and later
You are welcome to leave your booth set-up overnight at your own discretion and liability. We had a windy night once, so be prepared. And at the end, you'll be expected to clean up after yourselves.
Spaces are limited, if you are approved a Vendor Booth Space, you will be contacted by one of our team and given detailed information for the day of the event. At this time, your booth fee will be collected and you will be assigned a vendor number. We will do this correspondence over the phone and through email. We will also schedule a visual recon date where you will have the option for a premium booth space just by showing up earliest. First come, first served. We will be accepting fees via credit card over the phone, cash and check on location the day of recon.
